Correction
The California Faculty Association has not taken the case regarding former Asian-American Studies Professor Yuko Franklin to arbitration, as was reported in the April 20 issue of the Golden Gater. According to CFA Regional Representative Nina Fendel, CFA is preparing for a "level 2" meeting with CSU representatives, and after that meeting, CFA will decide whether to accept the case for arbitration.
The Golden Gater regrets the error.
