Wednesday-- Someone reported being bothered by a man with long hair riding a girl's purple bicycle on the pathway by the Student Union. The man has a reputation for harassing women. Officers went to the scene but did not find the suspect.
Friday--A person reported hearing a man and a woman engaged in "unknown activity" in a second floor women's rest room in the business building. Police went to investigate but did not find anyone.
Monday-- A tree limb fell on a gray Toyota Camry near Lake Merced. Officers took a look and discovered a tree branch also fell on another car and damaged the car's passenger door.
Monday--Someone requested to contact the owner of a white Ponitac parked on Tapia to move their car because a tree branch fell on it.
Friday--Someone reported seeing two juveniles in Lot 20, messing around with motorcycles. Officers went to the area but couldn't find the suspects. The officers did spot a '64 Chevy El Camino with an open door, but there were no signs of forced entry. The officers left a note on the car.
Tuesday--Someone reported that a Colombo bread truck nearly struck him and four other pedestrians while they were crossing 19th Avenue. UPD called Colombo bread company and complained.
Wednesday--A woman at 190 Denslow called police about receiving a suspicious letter. It appeared to have been hand delivered with no return address and her name spelled incorrectly. Officers checked the letter and discovered it was a Christmas card.
Friday--Officers observed a person enter the old Humanities building from 19th Avenue. UPD searched the building and found a known transient in room 205, but could not prove he was living in there.
