In the Oct. 9 edition of the Golden Gater, the headline "Supreme Court picks up Prop. 209" misrepresented what the story was about. The Supreme Court announced the would deal with affirmative action, but did not say whether it would hear the Prop. 209 case.
The Gater editorial mistakenly said there are 12 justices on the Supreme Court. There are nine.
The headline "Feds join harassment lawsuit against Penn St." was incorrect. The lawsuit was filed against the University of Pennsylvania, not Pennsylvania State University.
