Corrections

• A photo caption on the front page of last Tuesday's issue incorrectly identifies University Police Department lt. Stephen McLain as the officer who arrested artist Joe Mangrum. The arresting officer was never identified in that article.

• A story on page 3 of the Tuesday, Sept. 26 issue should have read that the Frank V. DeBellis collection houses books printed before the 16th century.

• A story on page 2 of the same issue about new men's head soccer coach Joe Hunter contained a reference to former athletic director Bill Partlow. Partlow was not mentioned by Hunter during the interview with the Golden Gater reporter.

The Golden Gater regrets the errors.
