Opinion page policy
Golden Gater OnlineThe Golden Gater invites letters and guest columns. Letters must be no longer than 200 words; columns must be between 300 and 500 words. Submissions must include a name, a phone number and email address, so we may contact the writer to check for accuracy and discuss any editing changes. Anonymous submissions will be ignored. Drop off submissions to Humanities 308 or email to gater@sfsuvax1.sfsu.edu. The deadline for Tuesday's publication is the preceeding Friday at noon. The Golden Gater reserves the right to edit submissions which come in longer than our requested word count, hold submissions for a later issue and disregard submissions entirely.
