Harriet Chiang

Lecturer, teaches Newswriting and Reporting; was former legal affairs writer for San Francisco Chronicle since 1987, covering U.S. Supreme Court as well as California Supreme Court. She has written on abortion issues, discrimination, sex harassment and the death penalty. She has written on every execution in California since 1993. B.A., U.C. Berkeley, and law degree from U.C. Hastings College of Law.
