Student Advising

Journalism majors are required to meet with an advisor at least once a year. Waivers or substitutions of coursework requirements can only be obtained through written permission of the department chair and/or faculty.

The exceptions are journalism courses taken at schools that have transfer credit agreements with the department. A list of courses and schools can be found at www.assist.org.
